Common Conditions Acupuncture
Can Treat in Pregnancy
Moxibustion for Turning Breech Babies
Moxibustion involves burning moxa sticks near an acupuncture point on the little toe, the heat from the stick stimulates the qi in the bladder channel which concentrates on the pelvis and causes very gentle movements of the baby. This is then repeated at home for 20 minutes a day for 10 days, to encourage the baby to turn head down.
This treatment is most successful when completed at 34-36/40 of pregnancy.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage
I offer a deeply relaxing massage to aid the muscular aches and pains of pregnancy and the postnatal period. Women also generally experience improved sleep after the massage too.
